    Role Objective

    To drive vendor onboarding, market expansion, and booking generation while ensuring seamless on-ground execution and vendor engagement within the Ekatraa platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and onboard vendors across categories. Present value proposition, collect/verify KYC, service details, and pricing.
    • Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships, ensure responsiveness, and educate vendors on platform usage.
    • Market Development: Conduct field visits to local markets, identify new vendor opportunities, and build a local network.
    • Booking Support & Conversion: Assist in customer-vendor coordination, support in closing bookings.
    • Pricing & Negotiation: Assist in pricing standardization and support negotiations.
    • Event Coordination: Monitor on-ground execution when required, ensure punctuality, and resolve real-time issues.
    • Quality & Compliance: Ensure vendors adhere to standards, collect feedback, and report issues.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit activity reports.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of vendors onboarded
    • Active vendor ratio & Vendor retention rate
    • Booking conversion rate & Revenue generated
    • Customer satisfaction score

    Skills Required & Background

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Good understanding of the local market and problem-solving mindset.

    Role Overview (End-to-End Marketing Ownership)

    We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can think like a strategist, execute like an agency, and grow like an entrepreneur. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling all marketing efforts for Ekatraa.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Define acquisition and brand positioning strategies.
    • Campaign Execution: Plan and run full-funnel campaigns across Social media, Paid ads, and Local offline activations.
    • Agency & Vendor Management: Work closely with marketing agencies, designers, and media partners.
    • Content & Creative Leadership: Conceptualize high-impact creatives, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Drive content strategy.
    • Growth & Performance: Drive acquisition campaigns, optimize CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (Leads, CAC, engagement) and prepare regular reports.

    What We're Looking For

    • 2–3 years of experience in marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
    • A doer mindset — someone who can execute, not just plan.
    • Strong creativity with practical execution skills in digital marketing tools.
    • MBA in Marketing preferred.

    About the Role

    Ekatraa is seeking a proactive and execution-focused Business Development Manager to manage end-to-end field operations. This role involves vendor acquisition, onboarding, agreement execution, and ongoing client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the ground, building partnerships, and ensuring operational continuity across assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors. Conduct field visits, pitch value proposition, and ensure smooth KYC and onboarding.
    • Contracting & Agreements: Execute vendor agreements, coordinate with internal legal teams, and ensure compliance.
    • Client & Vendor Relationship Management: Act as primary POC, address operational issues, and monitor vendor performance.
    • Field Operations Ownership: Complete ownership of assigned territory, conduct regular field audits, and ensure service availability/quality.
    • Team Coordination: Maintain records, share reports, collaborate with internal teams, and track KPIs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or vendor management.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground execution across Bhubaneswar.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (Profit sharing Quarterly Bonus) with biannual appraisal system. Travel allowances and reimbursements provided.
